Mr. Albino Khamis
Founder & CEO
Albino has worked for COG since June 2004. He commenced as an Administrator and Translator in Khartoum. He quickly moved into the role of Assistant Office Manager, then Operations Manager, and since 2017 Country Manager, based in Juba South Sudan.
He is responsible for operations and client liaison in South Sudan, across all seven states, and ensures the smooth running of Fleet Operations for Non-Governmental organizations. Albino is well known to the United World Food Program (WFP) as well as the International Organization for Migration (IOM), having supported both these organizations over the last 17 years, in both North and South Sudan.
Albino handles all recruitment, human resource and industrial relations procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws. He has an excellent record of accomplishment for conflict management. Through his exceptional communication and co-ordination abilities, he delivers operational efficiencies. He is hands-on and works tirelessly alongside clients, going beyond, to support them and ensure that their fleet runs smoothly and that they accomplish their goals.
He is always approachable, coaching and motivating his staff, in often-difficult circumstances. He promotes innovative approaches to problem solving and looks after the well-being of his team.
Mr. Taban Nickson Kenyi

A highly skilled Procurement Specialist with over 15 years’ experience in Public Procurement, working effectively with teams of Technical Experts, Consulting Firms, Suppliers/ Contractors, Donors, Stakeholders and Government Agencies. Good Knowledge of Policies and Procedures of Multilateral Development Agencies such as the World Bank, AfDB and United Nations (UN).
Mr. Jeff Mulenga
Operation Manager
Jeff is a Senior HR professional with over 16 years’ experience in HR outsourcing management. He joined Capital Outsourcing Group (COG) South Africa's, largest independent, temporary and permanent employment service providers, where he assisted in the supplying of outsourced staffing, recruitment and human resource solutions for the with the United Nations (UN)’s World Food Program in 2007 including The International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Khartoum, Sudan. He moved to Lilongwe, Malawi to oversee the American Embassy project under Pro-Telligent where they provided support with the HR functions of the outsourced security personnel at the Embassy. He has been a Consultant and Business Development Adviser for several consulting firms in Africa and has vast experience of working in the Sudan, South Africa, Zambia, Malawi, Zimbabwe and South Sudan.

As an executive manager, I oversee strategic planning, operational efficiency, and team leadership within the COG. with 15 years track record, implementing effective processes and supervising teams Functionality. focusing on administrational rules, assuring a positive working environment by resolving any conflicts, maintaining timeframes for any running projects, to achieve goals within the designated time.
