Through the development of close-knit bonds COG HR Managers form with small business owners, beneficial change for owners and employees starts to occur. The COG HR Manager puts into place best practice policies and training that gives both the owner and employees peace of mind about how to conduct business inside a modern workplace. The HR Manager also acts as a sherpa, helping guide employers and their employees down the correct paths and counseling employers and employees during moments of immense uncertainty of what do next. Our team includes the customer success, small business HR manager, and activation & onboarding teams.

Receive vacancies and hiring needs through outsourced personnel deployment requisition forms from our client by email or in writing.
Screen and shortlist candidates together with our client.
Begin talent search by advertising vacancies with job descriptions throughout all COG platforms Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, websites etc.
Lock down the successful candidate by sending contracts, IDs, application forms, Insurance forms etc.
Prepare Interviews and assess qualified candidates after the screening and the shortlisting.
Introduction & Induction of the new Employees.
